Fonder Football Club (FFC) started with a simple idea—a single team for my son and his friends to play small-sided tournaments and indoor soccer in the Raleigh-Durham area.

What began as a small group has grown organically, driven by interest from friends, teammates, and families looking for an additional place to play and develop outside of their primary clubs.

FFC currently focuses on one boys age group (2013), with plans to transition to grade-based teams in the upcoming fall season.

As opportunities have expanded, multiple teams have formed depending on the league or tournament, while still maintaining a consistent core group and identity.

OUR APPROACH
My goal is simple—to pass along what I’ve learned from years of playing and coaching and create an environment where players can improve and enjoy the game.

In addition to team competition, I run optional weekly training sessions during the summer for players who want extra touches and development.

I focus less on short-term results and more on building complete players:
-
Technically sharp
-
Tactically aware
-
Mentally tough
-
Confident in big moments
PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
While many players dream of playing professionally, the focus at FFC is on the next major step—preparing for collegiate opportunities.

For players who want to pursue college soccer, I will help guide and support that path.
For those who simply want to improve and compete, the same level of attention and development applies.

The mission is to develop elite, recruitable players by emphasizing:
-
Technical quality
-
Decision-making
-
Speed of play
-
Competitiveness
-
Character, discipline, and leadership
-
Exposure to higher-level opportunities
WHAT MAKES FFC DIFFERENT
FFC is a voluntary effort, built out of passion for the game and commitment to the players.

There are no membership fees to be part of FFC!
The only costs are direct expenses for tournaments and leagues—nothing more.
THE BOTTOM LINE
This is about giving players a place to train, compete, and grow—together.
Simple. Honest. Player-focused.
This is FFC.
