Cesar Rey

Coach Cesar Rey brings a leadership-first approach to player development, combining his experience in youth soccer with a professional background centered on people, culture, and team development.

As Head Coach of NCFC Youth 14U White North, Cesar focuses on helping players grow technically, tactically, and personally. His approach emphasizes accountability, communication, teamwork, and creating an environment where players are challenged to improve every time they step on the field.

Away from soccer, Cesar is an experienced human resources and organizational leader with a professional background that includes Ralliant, Microsoft, Fluke, Fortive, and Danaher. He is also bilingual in English and Spanish.

For Coach Cesar, development goes beyond results. The goal is to help young players become better teammates, stronger competitors, and more confident individuals.
