Fonder FC roster groups are formed to create the best possible player experience through chemistry, style of play, positional balance, friendships, and overall development.  Teams are fluid. Players move between Pinnacle, Apex and Summit depending on player strengths and team needs based on tournament format.

Across all groups, the program emphasizes leadership, discipline, accountability, and a strong sense of community. Each team represents the same crest, values, and commitment to player development. Players are encouraged to take ownership of their growth and be ready to embrace new roles, challenges, and opportunities as they arise.
