Fonder FC Proudly Pursues Tim Kirkland to Strengthen Coaching Staff & Goalkeepers

Fonder FC is proud to welcome Tim Kirkland to our coaching and player development team!

Tim brings nearly 30 years of soccer experience to Fonder FC, with a background deeply rooted in both competitive play and youth player development. Specializing primarily in goalkeeping and defensive play, Tim earned Conference Goalkeeper of the Year honors during his high school career and has competed across multiple formats of the game, including traditional 11v11, 7v7, 5v5, and indoor soccer.

Beyond his playing experience, Tim has developed a strong reputation as both a coach and mentor. He successfully coached a first-time goalkeeper and soccer player to Conference Goalkeeper of the Year recognition and has spent years helping young athletes grow through seasonal team coaching and summer training camps.

Tim has extensive experience working with players ages 12–15, focusing on:

• building confidence,

• improving technical ability,

• strengthening defensive awareness,

• and helping players better understand the game at a higher level.

  
  

His passion for player development and commitment to mentoring young athletes align perfectly with the mission of Fonder FC — developing complete players both on and off the field.
