Fonder FC Rebrands to One Crest, One Identity

At Fonder Futbal Club (FFC), we are always looking for ways to strengthen not just our teams—but our culture.

This year, we are taking an important step forward: moving to one unified crest and identity across all teams.

Why This Change Matters

In youth sports, perception matters. Labels like “Elite,” “Gold,” or “White” can unintentionally create a sense of hierarchy—both internally among players and externally among families.

By adopting one crest and one identity, we are making a clear statement:

There is no “top” or “bottom” at FFC—there is only the club.

Building a True Club Culture

When players wear the same crest, it changes how they see themselves and each other.

  • Players support teammates across age groups

  • Movement between teams feels like opportunity—not promotion or demotion

  • Development becomes the focus, not labels

We want every player to feel proud wearing the same badge.

Development Over Labels

FFC is committed to long-term player development, not short-term status.

A unified identity allows us to:

  • Place players in the right environment for growth

  • Encourage movement between teams as players develop

  • Remove stigma around roster changes

  • Focus conversations on improvement, not comparison

Because the truth is simple: development is not linear.

A Better Experience for Families

We also recognize the impact on families.

A single identity:

  • Reduces confusion around team rankings

  • Creates consistency across communication and branding

  • Reinforces that every family is part of the same club community

What Stays the Same

While the crest becomes unified, our commitment does not change:

  • High-quality coaching

  • Competitive opportunities

  • Clear pathways for development

  • Unified jersey kits making travel between teams seamless

Teams will still be formed in ways that best support player growth—but without unnecessary labels that divide.

What Changes

  • One crest across all teams

  • One unified brand and look

  • One shared standard of excellence

The Standard is the Crest

At FFC, the crest represents more than a team—it represents a standard.

A standard of effort. A standard of development. A standard of character.

No matter the team, every player who wears it is expected to uphold those values—and is equally a part of this club.

One crest. One identity. One FFC.
